Welcome to our psychology practice! After nearly 20 years of providing psychology services in outpatient group practices and consulting for local hospitals and the court system, Dr. Amy Cavanaugh decided to establish her own office in Lafayette.

Dr. Cavanaugh drew inspiration from St. Catherine of Siena's words: "Be who God meant you to be, and you will set the world on fire," when creating our mission.

Our "be you" philosophy encourages everyone in our office—from clinicians to staff to clients—to explore their unique gifts, pursue their individual goals and passions, and be their most authentic selves. We believe that by doing so, we can all live our fullest lives in service to others.
