Licesned Professional Counselor

Hi,

I provide counseling services to children, teens, adults, and couples. As a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP), I specialize in helping clients process their emotions, heal from past wounds, and break free from unhealthy patterns.

Trauma can manifest in various forms, including loss, divorce, abuse, bullying, dysfunctional family dynamics, and life-threatening situations. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, boundary issues, low self-esteem, and/or perfectionism, it is possible that unresolved trauma is contributing to these challenges.

With a compassionate and empathetic approach, I utilize evidence-based techniques like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed therapy. Through play therapy, children express their feelings and develop healthy coping strategies and social skills. I strive to help clients gain greater self-awareness, a renewed sense of hope, and the tools to navigate life's challenges more effectively.

If you are ready to start your healing process, I invite you to schedule an appointment today. I offer flexible scheduling, including late afternoon and Saturday morning appointments.
