With 8 years of experience in the field, I specialize in women's issues, adult ADHD, testing and evaluation, relationship issues, anxiety/stress, depression/mood disorders, and identity concerns. I work with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief and loss, and mood disorders.
Therapeutic Approach:
My therapeutic style is integrative and influenced by developmental, humanistic, interpersonal, multicultural, and strength-based perspectives. I often integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I lean on solution-focused and problem-solving approaches.
